Los se\u00f1aladores a h\u00e9lice SEM son utilizados para el control de nivel en dep\u00f3sitos que contienen materiales en polvo o granulares. El funcionamiento es
\nmuy simple: un motorcito s\u00edncrono, que gira a baja velocidad, acciona una h\u00e9lice colocada al interno del dep\u00f3sito a controlar. En ausencia de material el
\nmotorcito est\u00e1 bajo tensi\u00f3n y la h\u00e9lice gira. La presencia de material alrededor de la h\u00e9lice frena la rotaci\u00f3n provocando el intercambio de los contactos
\nde mando; un segundo microinterruptor provoca luego el desonectado de la tensi\u00f3n de alimentaci\u00f3n del motorcito. La abertura o el cierre del circuito
